What does the price include?

The cottage is equipped with Bed Linen, Towels and washing facilities. The Property is surrounded by farmland. Smoking is not permitted inside the cottage. The cottage offers Wi-Fi but this facility cannot be guaranteed to be available at all times due to the unpredictability of Service Providers.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION Open tread stairs to first floor. Natural water supply from borehole.

ADDITIONAL CHARGES There is a £150 security deposit payable in advance of your holiday and returned within 7 days of your departure. By clicking book now you are accepting there terms and conditions.

Can I make a reservation without a Paypal Account/Credit card?

How do I know my reservation is confirmed?

Once you have made a reservation on our website you will be sent an email to the email address you have used to register an account. Full payment within 10 days of your reservation is required to secure the booking.

If you are making a reservation via telephone we will email you directly when we have received full payment.

Does the hotel need a deposit or a payment in advance?

Full payment is taken at the time of booking your accommodation.

The Rookery also holds a £150.00 security deposit at the time of booking. This is a refundable deposit that will be returned to you within 14 days of your departure date. Please see our terms and conditions
